ROSS SERIES Multi Cyclone Dust Collectors
In the combustion of solid and agro-waste fuels within boiler furnaces, flue gases often carry a high level of particulate emissions. To address this environmental concern, Ross Thermals offers cutting-edge multi-cyclone dust collectors, the primary emission control equipment for boilers.
Key Features
- Efficient Particulate Emission Control
Our multi-cyclone dust collectors are designed to efficiently capture and separate heavier soot and ash particles from flue gases, ensuring cleaner emissions.
- Tangential Entry Design
Flue gases are directed through the vertical annular space between tubes with tangential entry, maximizing centrifugal action to facilitate the separation of particles.
- Standardized Sizes
Our multi-cyclone dust collectors come in standardized sizes tailored to match boiler output capacities. This ensures easy integration as a boiler accessory.
Working Principle
- Flue Gas Entry: Flue gases exit the boiler and are directed through the vertical annular space between tubes.
- Centrifugal Separation: Tangential entry creates centrifugal forces that lead to the separation of heavier soot and ash particles from the flue gases.
- Clean Flue Gas Exit: The cleaned flue gases exit through the designated outlet, minimizing particulate emissions.
- Ash Disposal: The collected ash at the bottom is efficiently discharged through manual gates or rotary air valves.
Applications
Our multi-cyclone dust collectors are an integral component of emission control systems in boilers using solid and agro-waste fuels.
